A standard listing currently costs nothing. As the platform grows, optional paid features may be introduced — and any pricing will always be shown to you clearly before you're charged for anything. You'll never be billed for something you didn't choose.
Only other registered, verified members of StrataTrade — primarily property professionals, strata managers, building managers, and industry partners. Your details aren't visible to anonymous visitors, search engines, or third parties. People who haven't signed up and been verified themselves don't get access to the directory at all.
Strata management firms and building managers subscribe to run their quote cycles through StrataTrade. That's the revenue. Well-scoped jobs are only worth paying for if quality trades are quoting them — which is why the directory is kept accessible for trades, and why your data is never sold, exported, or licensed to anyone.
Sign in, go to your profile, click Remove Listing. Your details are removed from the directory immediately and held in a permanent suppression list — meaning even if your business comes up in future data imports, it won't be re-added without your explicit consent.

No. The directory isn't a sales lead list and your details are never sold. Property professionals contact you when they're looking for the work you do — that's the point. Platform emails respect your communication preferences and Spam Act obligations, and you can opt out at any time.
Licensed trades (electrical, plumbing, building, etc) are listed with their licence verified. Unlicensed-but-registered service businesses (cleaning, gardening, handyman, etc) are listed with their ABN verified. Both types of business are welcome — we just clearly mark which is which so members searching can filter by what they need.
