How are trades verified?+

Licensed trades are verified against their state regulator; service businesses are ABN-verified.

Does StrataTrade take a commission on the work?+

No. Your firm's subscription is the only charge. There's no commission on awarded work and nothing added to quote prices — what you agree with the trade is between you and them, and your committee sees exactly that number.

How quickly can I start searching?+

Once you submit your registration, we verify your role and activate your account — usually within 24-48 hours. We email you when your account is active. Then you can sign in and start searching immediately.

Is my organisation's information visible to other members?+

No. Your search activity, the buildings you manage, and the trades you contact are visible only to you. Trade businesses listed in the directory don't see who's viewed their profile or who's contacted them through the platform.

Can multiple people in our organisation use one account?+

Each manager should have their own sign-in, so every action on a building's record is attributable to a person — that's what makes the audit trail worth having. Team accounts for larger firms are on the roadmap.
